Delivery Policy/Pick-up Policy
At this time we will be offering Click-and-Collect from our location in Niagara Falls. All orders must be placed through our website, using the pages provided, so we may track all orders as they are submitted. Invoices will be provided upon completion so the customer and the company can both check all items that will be purchased, and if an error is made the company must be notified immediately.
Once an item has been purchased from our website, we will contact the customer to let them know when it is ready for pickup. This will usually happen within 1 business day. Once the customer receives notification that the order is ready, they may then show up during regular business hours to receive their order.
If five (5) days have passed since the order was placed with no pick up, the order will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
If an order needs to be canceled, the customer must notify us immediately. If no notice has been received, we will assume the items are no longer wanted and the order will be refunded minus the 10% restocking fee. Any restocking fees charged will be 10% of the entire purchase price of an order including taxes.
